I am so proud of myself! When I decided to blog every day for 60 days, I wasn't sure I would even be able to make it a week. Now two weeks in, I actually look forward to making an update each day. I really think this is making me pay more attention to my exercise and eating.
I think that 4 pounds in 2 weeks is great, especially with all of the things that were going on last week. Two pounds a week would be an amazing trend to continue!

Over 10,000 every single day!!!!
I had another longer run first thing this morning. This is the most humid day so far and it's going to get much worse. Running with a water bottle again is probably going to have to happen. After that, I did household stuff like cleaning and laundry. Ethan has been asking for some banana muffins and the bananas were perfect so I got him to make them while I supervised. He's about to be 13, he won't want to be around me much longer so I'm enjoying these moments. While he was doing that, I got some fruit for the kids all cut up.
We had our last baseball game of the season at 1:00. Ethan's team lost 7-8. I'm sad for the boys that they didn't make it to the championship but a little glad it's over. This wasn't our favorite team experience ever.
When we got home, the rest of the day was spent on food prep for the week and dinner. I roasted a few pans of vegetables (green beans, broccoli and brussels sprouts) and cooked chicken breasts and thighs.
Bodhi likes the new bed and toy that I got Saturday and is still not wanting to share with Utah.
