Day 2



Somehow, I'm down 3 pounds. I think this is water weight but I'll take it!!

Pounds Lost (PL)         :   3
Pounds to Lose (PTL)   : 27

Water: 8 cups

Breakfast

2 cups of coffee with 3 T of Half and Half
Thomas WW light English muffin
1/3 cup egg whites
1 t Olive Oil
2 pieces Hormel Fully Cooked bacon

Lunch

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - I used ground turkey and brown rice
1/4 cucumber in white vinegar




Dinner

Thai Soup - I used almond milk and almond butter
Paso Creek Cabernet - 1 glass

After Dinner

Paso Creek Cabernet - 2 glasses


Exercise

The 30 day challenge:

55 squats
5 push-ups
20 second plank
30 crunches
30 walking lunges

I wanted to get outside and run a little.  I managed to run/walk 2 miles.  I waited a little too late in the day and it was HOT!!!  I also put on the boxing gloves and made it 7 minutes on the bag.

Overall day - I still drank too much wine which needs to be a priority.  Food and water were on target.
