Could have done better, could have done worse....



Day 4

Water: 4 cups

Breakfast
Usual.  I can eat the same breakfast over and over.  It's the other meals that I can't repeat.




Lunch
Turkey taco boat (1) and roasted Brussell Sprouts

Snacks
Pistachios and SkinnyPop popcorn

Dinner
Leftover meatball sub (insides only, no bread)
glass of Cabernet

After Dinner
glass of Cabernet

Exercise
The 30 day challenge:

squats - rest day
6 push-ups
30 second plank
crunches - rest day
30 walking lunges

That's it for exercise.  That amounted to about 4 minutes total of exercise and I only got 5000 steps on my Garmin.  

On a good note, I got a package in the mail! LOVE my monthly StitchFix!


Also realized that we were completely out of fruit so I had to make a Costco run.  We should be good for a while.


Overall - Only had 1/2 as much water as I should have.  Didn't really exercise.  BUT made decent food choices.  Also need to make sure I get enough calories.  My total for the day was only around 1100.
